Finlay McKillop joins the cast of Trainspotting The Musical, in the ensemble and covering the roles of Spud, Tommy, Franco, Twiggy and Swanny.
The world premiere production of Trainspotting The Musical opens at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London's West End on 15 July 2026, running until 5 September, before a UK and Ireland tour begins from 19 October. Written by Irvine Welsh and directed by Caroline Jay Ranger, the show brings Renton, Sick Boy, Begbie, Spud, Tommy and Kelly back to the stage alongside a live band — thirty years on from the film that defined a generation.
