Antony Antunes joins The Jungle Book at the National Theatre as a puppeteer
Antony Antunes has been cast as a puppeteer in The Jungle Book, at the National Theatre.
Adapted by Anupama Chandrasekhar from the stories of Rudyard Kipling and directed by Indhu Rubasingham, this vivid new production brings the jungle roaring to life on the Olivier stage, from the mangroves of the Sundarbans to swirling embers and firelight, blending innovative puppetry with a vibrant, cinematic world of wolves, birds and tigers.
